Minimum spend depends on desired area, time and date. Please email our sales team with these details and they will be able to provide you with minimum spend quote.

We do operate on a first-come-first-served basis and are unable to hold any bookings provisionally. We do suggest paying the deposit as soon as possible to secure the space.

All prices, expenses and charges are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of discretionary 12.5% of service charge.

All payments are non-refundable, but redeemable against the final bill You can pre-order for this amount or open a bar tab. We suggest paying the deposit based on your current confirmed numbers.
Final numbers must be confirmed at least 24h prior.
If your booking is confirmed with card authorisation, we will claim the amount authenticated as a cancelation fee if you decide to cancel or not show for your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day by yourself or your guests, alternatively we can arrange the payment in advance. No payments are accepted post event.

Party Package pre-orders must be submitted at least 3 days prior your event and the Set Menu pre-order at least 7 days prior (excl. Christmas bookings).

The Party Packages are designed to be eaten while standing. We recommend placing the food in one area in a buffet style or to circulated around the room/area.

We recommend 4-5 bites per person or 3-4 bowls per person.

The party packages are served sharing style and comes out as soon as it is ready. We recommend pre-ordering food to ensure smooth running of service.

No, pre-order packages are only available if you give us 3 days notice.

Despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we do use allergens in our kitchen and any of our dishes may contain traces of allergens which may propose higher risk of contamination. We cannot guarantee that our items are 100% allergen free.

You can only play your own music in The Private Dining Room and Mala Madre when you book it privately. This option is available if arranged in advance. You must have Spotify playlist ready which will then be played via our in-house music system.

We are located in residential area and our neighbour wellbeing is very important, there is cap on how loud the music can go, please be advised we are bar and not a nightclub.

If you wish to hire an external DJ this can be arranged with the sales & event manager approval. The DJ must provide all equipment (mixers, decks, cables) and play using our sound system. Due to licensing restrictions, there are limitations on the volume of music on the premises. Maximum volume levels are to be determined by The Last Talisman management.

Until 11pm. Playlist allowed after 11pm to close.

We can offer you to book our DJ or singer for an additional charge. It is £300-£600 depending on date and time.

No external food and drinks are allowed.

Additional decorations are allowed (except confetti and balloons with confetti).

Celebration cakes, cupcakes, desserts are allowed we are charging £50 fee per party, per cake. This does not apply if you order some of our desserts.

Special equipment: Microphone, Whiteboard, Projector/Screen, AV equipment available upon request (depending on the area reserved), any needs must be agreed via email minimum 2 days notice is needed.

We allocate same party on one table if seated, however, parties of 8 guests and more may be allocated over few tables next to each other in order to ensure that space is safe for all staff and guests.

We operate Challenge 21. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a guest is challenged and not able to provide valid ID. Underaged kids are welcome to Private Parties and Restaurant with parents or guardians' supervision until 10pm.

We do not have parking available next to the venue. We can suggest checking Purbrook Street which is 2mins away from the venue.

If you are booking one of our private or semi-private areas, the deposit is non-refundable. Same applies to card authentications - we will claim money as cancelation fee if you decide not to go ahead.

If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events, please check carefully the Terms and conditions on the ticket before you arrive.
We prohibit any onwards ticket resales without prior authorization from our management team
We don’t offer any ticket refunds unless the event is cancelled.
In the case of a no-show, a ticket refund will not be issued.

We follow government guidance for our protocols to ensure our guests and teams are as safe as possible against COVID. Therefore, your booking will be subject to the government guidelines on the day of your booking.
If you or one of your parties tests positive for Covid 19 and is unable to attend on your scheduled party date, we will not be able to refund any per-head deposits made in advance, however, if you request, we will do our best to rebook your party at a later date so all those invited can attend.
In the event of a national or regional lockdown preventing us from opening, if this announcement is made outside of 28 days of your booking date, we will offer to return any deposits payments you have made in advance. However, if a lockdown is announced within 28 days of the date of your booking, we would appreciate your support by agreeing to rebook your party at a later date, with us retaining your deposit.
